Our Story
Gary Horvath, Owner/Operator, has over 35 years of experience in the hardwood flooring business. Gary started working at the age of 15 with Anderson Flooring based in Hackensack, NJ, where he learned the basics and gained valuable knowledge and expertise. Gary and Lisa Horvath established A.T.C Hardwood Flooring, Inc. in 1992.
A.T.C. has a reputation for reliability, excellence and complete customer satisfaction. Our expertise and knowledge allows us to tackle any job no matter how difficult or complicated.
After seeing that there was a need for proper installation of reclaimed flooring, Gary and Lisa opened Real Antique Wood in 2011, a reclaimed wood mill that turns antique wood into flooring, furniture, and more.
About Gary
Gary holds several degrees through the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) including Craftsman, Master Craftsman, and Vanguard. He is also a Bona Certified Craftsman. He is actively involved in continuing education sometimes as the student and sometimes as the teacher!

We stay well informed on the latest and greatest technological advancements in the Hardwood Flooring business via NWFA Classes, Seminars and Hands on training workshops. We also attend the NWFA Organized Conventions Annually where the latest products from over 15 Countries are presented and demonstrated.
